So I find myself back in New York City, hopefully for reason's that will become clearer in the next week or so! Anyway sitting in a well know coffee chain, people watching / watching the world go by as you do, I notice a beautiful building opposite. Normally I would be snapping away, but on this occasion I have left my little camera at home : (
Anyway the Building is what is now Affinia Manhattan.

The Parish Church of Stoke Newington
This is the house my Grandad was born in 101 Blackstock Road. My Nan & Grandad lived there on the 3rd floor after they got married in 1950 (they have been married 61 years)

A trip up to London , Camden Market was the 1st ort of call .. then a few childhood memories in other parts of North London. You can see in the photo's what i mean by dull and grey ! ; o )
Southend On Sea
I went back to my home town for a short visit to see family . . .
Most of the time it was dull and grey , but i did however manage to get out and snap a few shots in the winter sunshine.

A beautiful Lutyens-designed portland stone memorial with a beautifully kept garden over looking the Thames estuary on top of the cliffs in Clifftown Parade. This memorial commemorates the dead of both the 1st and 2nd World War but contains no names.

Puerto Rico (Second Visit)
This was my second visit to Puerto Rico, an absolute contrast from the first time i visited the island with work. This experience was a far better one this time round , it really changed my thoughts and opinions on this beautiful island.
